1. 앱에서 처리하는 정보
DeskBeam은 사용자 기기에서 사용자가 지정한 컴퓨터·서버로 직접 연결합니다. 별도의 DeskBeam 회원가입은 없습니다. 현재 앱에는 광고가 없으며 LUNALINK가 운영하는 앱 사용 분석·오류 수집 서비스가 없습니다. Google ML Kit의 진단 정보 처리는 아래에 설명합니다. LUNALINK는 원격 화면, 터미널 내용, 비밀번호, 개인키, 클립보드, 저장 명령과 메모를 앱에서 자사 서버로 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 내 저장 및 직접 전송
연결 이름·주소·설정은 앱의 로컬 저장소에 보관합니다. 저장을 선택한 비밀번호·개인키와 SSH 작업 메모·명령 기록은 운영체제의 보안 저장 기능을 사용합니다. 연결할 때 인증 정보와 입력 명령은 사용자가 지정한 서버로 전달됩니다. 붙여넣기를 사용하면 선택한 텍스트가 해당 원격 기기의 클립보드로 전달되며 기존 클립보드 내용을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 화면 읽기 처리는 기기에서 수행됩니다.
선택형 오디오·파일·구매
SFTP로 선택한 파일을 사용자가 지정한 서버와 전송합니다. Mac 오디오는 설정을 켠 경우에만 보조 앱의 시스템 소리를 SSH 암호화 연결로 기기에 전송하며 LUNALINK 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. Android OCR에는 Google ML Kit를 사용하며, Google은 SDK 진단과 사용 분석을 위해 기기·앱 정보, 설치 식별자, 성능·오류 및 기능 사용 정보를 처리합니다. 인식할 화면 내용은 기기에서 처리합니다.
구매 기능이 제공되는 버전에서 Apple은 StoreKit으로 기기에서 거래를 검증합니다. Android는 상품 ID와 구매 토큰을 HTTPS로 LUNALINK의 Cloudflare 구매 검증 서버에 전송하고 Google Play API로 구매 상태를 확인합니다. 구매 토큰을 데이터베이스나 애플리케이션 로그에 보관하지 않습니다. Cloudflare는 서비스 제공·보안 목적으로 IP와 기술 요청 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 카드 정보는 앱 마켓이 처리하며 LUNALINK가 받지 않습니다. Android 체험 시작 기록은 기기의 보안 저장소에, iOS 체험은 Apple 거래 기록에 기반합니다.
접근 코드 기능이 제공되는 Android 버전에서, 코드를 입력한 경우에만 무상 Pro 권한 확인을 위해 해당 코드를 HTTPS로 LUNALINK의 Cloudflare 검증 서버에 전송합니다. 코드는 기기의 보안 저장소에 보관하며 서버에는 코드 해시와 만료 정보만 저장합니다. 결제나 체험은 시작하지 않습니다. 설정에서 접근을 해제할 수 있습니다.
3. 연결 보안
SSH는 암호화 연결을 사용합니다. 화면 공유의 전송 보안은 원격 서버와 프로토콜에 따라 다르며 모든 화면 공유 연결이 암호화되는 것은 아닙니다. 신뢰할 수 있는 네트워크나 별도 보안 연결을 사용하고 서버 키 경고를 확인하세요. 원격 서버 운영자의 데이터 처리는 해당 운영자의 정책에 따릅니다.
4. 삭제와 보관
앱에서 저장된 연결, 명령, 메모와 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 운영체제의 저장·백업 정책에 따라 로컬 데이터가 제거됩니다. 운영체제 백업·보안 저장소의 보관 방식은 기기 설정에 따릅니다. LUNALINK가 보관하는 별도의 앱 계정이나 원격 세션 데이터베이스는 없습니다.
5. 문의 및 웹사이트
이메일로 문의하면 회신을 위해 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 처리하며, 문의 종료 후 불필요한 정보는 삭제합니다. 민감한 인증 정보나 개인키를 문의에 포함하지 마세요. 웹사이트 호스팅 제공자는 사이트 제공·보안 목적으로 접속 IP와 기술 요청 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 사이트는 광고·분석 추적기를 사용하지 않습니다. 문의는 CAPTCHA가 적용된 문의 폼을 통해 접수합니다.

Privacy policy

DeskBeam connects directly from your device to computers and servers you specify. There is no DeskBeam account or advertising. LUNALINK does not operate an app-usage analytics or crash-reporting service. Google ML Kit diagnostics are described below. We do not receive your remote screens, terminal content, passwords, private keys, clipboard, commands or notes through the app.
Connection settings are stored locally. Saved credentials and SSH workspace data use operating-system secure storage. Authentication and commands are sent to your chosen server; clipboard actions send the selected text to that remote device and may replace its clipboard. Screen text recognition runs on your device.
SFTP transfers selected files directly to your chosen server. Optional Mac audio streams through an encrypted SSH connection only when enabled and is not stored on LUNALINK servers. Android OCR uses Google ML Kit; Google processes device/app information, installation identifiers, performance/error metrics and feature usage for SDK diagnostics and usage analytics. Screen recognition content is processed on your device.
When purchases are available, Apple transactions are verified on-device with StoreKit. Android sends the product ID and purchase token over HTTPS to LUNALINK's Cloudflare verifier, which checks Google Play purchase status. Purchase tokens are not kept in a database or application logs. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request information for delivery and security. Payment-card data is handled by the app store, not LUNALINK. Android trial state uses device secure storage; iOS trials use Apple transaction records.
SSH connections are encrypted. Screen-sharing security depends on the server and protocol; not every screen-sharing connection is encrypted. Use trusted networks or a separate secure connection. The remote operator's own policies apply.
You can delete saved connections and workspace items in the app. App-data removal, uninstallation, backups and secure-storage retention follow your operating system's settings. We do not maintain an app-account or session database.
If you contact support, we process your email address and message to respond, and delete information that is no longer needed. Do not send credentials or private keys. The website host may process IP addresses and technical requests for delivery and security. This site has no advertising or analytics trackers. Inquiries are submitted through our CAPTCHA-protected contact form.
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, contact https://www.lunalink.co.kr/contact. Changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
On Android versions offering access codes, entering a code sends it over HTTPS to the LUNALINK Cloudflare verifier to validate complimentary Pro access. The code is stored in device secure storage; the server stores only its hash and expiry. No purchase or trial is started. Access can be removed in Settings.
